Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy or our store in Copenhagen and processed within 2 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Within the EU

Free shipping for orders above 2999 DKK or 400 EUR.

Orders below this amount:

Denmark 70 DKK or 9 EUR

Rest of EU 200 DKK or 26 EUR

Shipping Outside the EU

Shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer@lafine-lab.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been received and inspected.
